We are happy to introduce ourselves as pioneer an online mathematics education service company providing online mathematics one year duration packages to students from class 6th to class 12th. These packages Alfa, Beta & Gamma are so designed that removes the math phobia from the young minds right from class 6th, and the content therein is precise appropriate, effective and result oriented. These packages are inclusive of CBSE, ICSE, and STATE BOARD syllabus and strengthen the foundation of 6th, 7th & 8th and equip the student of 9th, 10th, +1, +2 to crack competition like IIT-JEE, AIEEE, BITSAT & Olympiads etc. through effective utilization of cutting edge technology of internet. Keeping in view the rich content of our packages ministry of Human resource development Government of India has made our packages compulsory in its 63 schools of Kendriya Vidayala Sangathan (KVS) Chandigarh region as a pilot project.
We have 3 tier strategy of network marketing for our online packages.
1) Through franchise network
2) Through opening our student junction in select reputed schools area wise (one in a city).
3) Through network marketing program under which we offer you an opening as a sales executive in

This marketing program is for teachers to play a vital role in transition of students from paper–pen culture to online education which is the need of the hour. This is a unique program where teachers can devote their energy for math’s education by promoting these packages simply by using their area of influence and public relations at no cost and can enhance their income prospects in a big way.
Points to be Noted:-
A) This is a six tier cadre system i.e. Opinion Maker (OM), Head Opinion Maker (HOM), Executive Opinion Maker (EOM), Manager Opinion Maker (MOM), Area Manager Opinion Maker (AMOM), Regional Manager Opinion Maker (RMOM) and in connection with a cadre promotion there is no year beginning and no year ending.
B) As per structure all the cadres are entitled to sell directly to get maximum remuneration. ALL cadres
except OM are entitled to remuneration of indirect selling also.

Fortnightly Meetings:

A. A Fortnightly motivational meeting will be organized by the RMOM with the help of his/her team i.e. (AMOM, MOM, EOM, HOM & OM) for the existing cadre’s and for further recruitment of the cadre’s. marketing wing will be a part & parcel of these fortnightly motivational and recruitment meetings and the promotions/ achievements will be recognised & appreciated. The Company will also brief about the latest development and future program of the Company.
B. There will be open discussion regarding the problems faced by the cadres in generation of business and remedial steps will be taken to improve the business/Marketing strategy.
C. Remunerations to the cadres will be dispersed during this meeting and new cadre members will be introduced to the entire team and the director. Targets for cadres to achieve special incentives in addition to their regular remuneration:
